By the older steering wheel design and all the visible details, I would say it's a 1962+ 190 or 190 D (W110). |

Certainly a w110, although I can't say if 190 or 200. But it looks like a version with bank instead of single seats, which as an extra. |

Yes, your're right. The 200d has a half oval hornring. |
