Interesting cab (at least for me). |

It looks kind of like an old International Harvester from the early-1960's. -- Last edit: 2012-10-10 01:01:55 |

Maybe - http://www.flickr.com/photos/11174140@N00/2777315204 <- probably a bit newer than this one, the fenders on the movie truck seem more angled |

Not that much newer. I can tell it's not a Transtar, and that unlike the one in your link, this has a sleeper cab. |

The cab looks indeed like an International (DCOF pictured below) but I don't think this could be the same model. Link to "remarkablevehicles.com" -- Last edit: 2012-10-10 20:52:17 |

DCO-405. No, make that DCOF-405. It's probably a tandem. -- Last edit: 2012-10-19 06:14:20 |

DCOF-405. What else would you call it? What make of truck but International could it be? |

Without a view of the tandem rear axle, DCO-405 as default. And is it really a "simple truck", or a semi-trailer truck? The nickname of these 1957-64 trucks was Emeryville due to the name of the Californian factory where they were made. -- Last edit: 2015-09-21 06:21:28 |
