Sure about 300 SEL? It can be a 280 SEL, too. Pre-1968 anyways (old wheels).

but what about square add lights, are they aftermarket?
you can buy around corner by HELLA , BOSCH , austrian make
or similar to those we find on state carriage sometime as bluelight?

They are aftersales market. Mercedes Benz has always sold the round ones as original extras. On the 6.3 these round foglights were standard. No idea about the make, can be anything.

and i think i remember those square lights where to be found on Opel Diplomat, too
