No, its a 1954 Chevrolet. I don't think theres any way to tell whether its a 3100, 3600, or 3800 from this angle, but for some reason I'm leaning towards a 3600 http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/05/1954-Chevrolet-3600.jpg |

The small plate above the fake number plate is one of the old style Historic Vehicle Club identification plates. Each car club had its own historic plates and the name plate bolted on top of the number plate to identify which club the car belonged to. |
