Its a movie prop. Probably a wooden body with a quad under it. |

Would a plywood body survive rolling over all those cars? I'd always assumed thick sheet steel over some sort of dirt buggy / 4x4 chassis - I'm just guessing thogh I don't know for sure |

It had a metal body - supposedly bullet proof - formed over a NASCAR strength full rollcage. I also noticed it has six wheels. Since it seems to be able to carry two full size cars and keep moving I'll presume it's got a powerful V8 in it. That's as much as I know. Would love to find out more. Apparently it still exists. |

The Slicer, a custom-built car that's specifically made to go under any cars in its path, does exactly that when escaping. Even after being warned and the car having displayed its capability during the escape, one cop in a Fox-body Mustang drives head-on onto the Slicer, ramping off of it and into a pile of cars. This kind of mindless maneuver really didn't make much sense, as the thought of trying to drive into The Slicer at all just plays into what it was made for. |
