Which one? The Citroen Dyane or the R4? |

The blue one is a Simca 1100, not a Renault 4. |

Simca 1100 in a commercial version for me, too. |

Looks like a Simca/Talbot 1100 pick-up - fairly unusual?? |

Can anyone improve on 1975+ door handles - date as car change-over? when was pick-up introduced? |

Isn't it just a VF2 with the top removed? |

Indeed 1975+ by the door handles. The Pick-up was introduced in December 1975 (so 1976+). We got both pick-up and van, but I cannot remember to have seen a pick-up in Holland. The Pick-up had a closed cabin with two square windows in the rear. I think Garco is right: this is rather half a VF2. Btw, according to my annual Dutch catalogues these were sold as 1100 Fourgonnette in Holland, not as VF2, and only later they use the name VF2 for the extra high version, so I think they are not correct in this. |

Usually my catalogues are well informed, but here they made a mistake. I found an original instruction leaflet in Dutch from 1975, and it is indeed called 1100 VF2 ![]() |
