Where do u know it's 2003? W460 were produced until 1990, after 1990, the model range was devided in W461 and W463. This is either a W460 or most likely W461. |

The Canadian Forces started to use G-Wagens in 2003: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_G-Class#Military_operators However, the one in the main picture has a sidemarker, which real Canadian Forces G-Wagens seem not to have: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Two_Canadian_Forces_G-Wagons.jpg |

Besides, the Canadian market started getting civilian G-Klasses only in 2002-2003, and there was a pre-modification photo that showed the vehicle to be a North-American spec G-Klasse rather than a European one. |

There were two G class used for this production, a 230 and a 280. Both are 1985s imported from Germany. mil spec equipment was used where available and other equipment was fabricated to match. |
