Interesting that the Mack Bus has 1929 on the left side door in the other movie but 1931 on the right side door in this movie. |

I am trying to decide whether this is a Fageol or a Yellow Coach - the hood louvres don't match either of them. This one - /vehicle_193291-Fageol-Safety-Coach.html - is listed as a Fageol but the last poster on it says it is not. The headlights out on the fenders was something of a trademark of Fageol but maybe others used it as well?? -- Last edit: 2011-02-08 03:40:42 |

It might be worth doubling the capture and listing both buses. |

According to a book I found, this bus was originally built as a private coach for the head of Buick, E T Strong, and named Adolphus. It was later sold to Anheuser-Busch Brewing in St Louis and is now in the St Louis museum as metioned by fsebus. It originally had extra large comfortable seats, a galley and a lavatory. |
