carwatch ◊ 2009-04-16 09:24	This is a Zephyr V4 MK IV, not a V6. The front grill was altered between the V4 and the V6 Zephyrs.
Sunbar ◊ 2009-04-16 10:58	A picture from a copy of Autocar's road test for the "Zephyr 6 Mk IV 2495 cc" The same plain front panel was used for both V4 and V6 models initially with only the 'V6' badging shown on the more expensive car - so its true this is a V4.
dsl ◊ 2013-01-09 18:23	V6 badge only appeared on early ones and was dropped by the Oct 68 addition of F O R D lettering. The only difference was chrome band on the bonnet intake, making this a 6. Nothing on plate check sites.
