Just like my first car, USA spec 1972/73 SAAB 99 in Verona Green.

It should be listed as a coupe

Why?

Why? It's a 2-door sedan. Saab used the word coupé for the hatchback version (Combicoupé).

@DynaMike: The car I used to own has the rear windows open with a knob by the rear pillar and pop out instead of rolling down. I would considered coupe.

The way rear windows open (in two door cars most cases have tilt only or fixed rear windows) doesn't define the car body nomination. Coupes usually are sportier, shorter or having a more radical design change than simply 2 doors less.

Exactly. By mister car's definition Austin A40s, all Minis, Fiat 127 2-doors (in fact all 2-doors), etc. etc. would be coupés, which they obviously aren't.
