F series not E Series, and I believe the single axle style wheels would make it an F-250 not a 350

Just realised this was filmed in Australia, so this would definintely be an F-250. I was thinking this looked like an Aussie ambulance, and so it is. Most probably from state of Queensland.

Would the ambulance normally have a tinted windscreen, or is it a cunning trick to hide the fact that it's right hand drive?
