1941-47 Chevrolet Art Deco truck for sure. With a painted grille, so possibly a 1942 model indeed. But is there a way to identify this one as a 1½-ton truck (or as a ½-ton Light Delivery AK one) with just a cab? When comparing ½-ton light-duty to 2-ton heavy-duty models in the 1946 data book (Pdf, 2 Mb. Expert fans say there is almost nothing to tell the difference between 1941 to 1947 model years), all trucks seem to have the same cab (with a 52.125" / 1.32 m height for all cabs, for example)... ⇒ 1942 Chevrolet (with nothing more?) -- Last edit: 2014-12-31 15:36:23 |
