 Morris Commercial FG-series/FM-series?

Edit, Morris-Commercial FG-series 100% sure. FM had a longer front engine cover/bonnet.

 The chrome bar appeared on the Austin first in 1960

The Morris had a quite different grille (but later took the Austin style in about 1966-7).
