No Acura outside North America and China, so private import. Could be a Honda MDX from Japan -there is a huge number of rhd car from Japan- with an Acura badge. All the more as I can't read the Acura name on the chrome plate light. |

@bref: but this one has the "European" back door. "Japanese" and "American" back doors have less space for the plate. Or does the MDX always has the same back hood? |

This is good for the car above, because in Russia you only can get license plates in one length, the European 52cm. No way for other sizes. And there are many Japanese and US-imported cars running in Russia. It's disgusting, how they have to mount the plates then, when they don't fit into the space. Over the space, besides it, on the bumper... Horrible. |

The really daft thing about not allowing other sizes is that it doesn't just affect American or Japanese cars. Ikarus 2xx buses, which aren't exactly rare in Russia, have problems with 52cm plates at the back.
