The carplates in this movie are totally wrong, in this movie they uses the old model, this is correct, the new model(XXXX AAA)was introducted in 2001, and this movie is from 2000, but they are wrong maked, the last plate with the old model was (X)-9999-ZZ, but this car uses a weird model , this: X-00000-X, a letter is missing and there is a extra number, apart, there are cars in Spain using this old model; X-0000-X and X-000000, but these cars are veeeeeery old...a Porsche Carrera and a Audi TT are not very old...

It might be a deliberate error to avoid duplicating any real registration numbers.

This chase scene filmed in USA so number plates are all fake.. The Renault R5 and Range Rover Classic seen are US spec versions.
