I forgot that they put 4 portholes in the 1955 century, the 1954 only had 3. Just for my information, how do you distinguish it from the roadmaster?

In 1955 all Buicks except the Specials had four portholes. So a car with four portholes may be a Century , a Super or a Roadmaster. For a convertible, distinction is difficult without fine deatils as markings and finition .Supers and Roadmasters used a 127 inches wheelbase ,Centurys were somewhat shorter with a 122 inches wheelbase.Distinction between a closed model Roadmaster or Super 4 door or coupe and a Century 4 door or coupe is easier , since the Century line (and also the Specials) had a different rear window style that was somewhat more angular.Unfortunately Marilyn hides the rear part of the car However ,the example here seems to have a relatively long wheelbase and I would rather think it is a Super or a Roadmaster.

It's a 1955 Century 2 dr. Riviera. The Roadmaster and Super have longer front fenders (where the wheelbase difference is) Also, the windshield posts are more upright on the bigger models.
