It looks like a 1974 Chevrolet Laguna S-3 in the front, but those were only available as coupes. As far as I know, no other car in the Chevelle/Malibu series carried that grille and bumper. -- Last edit: 2009-08-19 06:46:01 |

This is 1973 Laguna, In 1973 Laguna Nose, was available on the coupe, 4 door sedan and the Estate Wagon. In 1974 the S3 was added, in 1975 the nose was changed to a camero look and the grill was split into two. |

Of course they wrecked it....typically they prefer to use RARE cars for wreckages. |

You are quite right, cko. Only 3,661 were made for 2-seat version and only 3,709 were made for 3-seat version. The Laguna wagon were only available for only one model year before they were dropped. In any rate, this is model H35. |

Here is the same car about 6 months prior to the movie in Albuquerque, NM before the filming started. $1500 and it was in nice condition. -- Last edit: 2012-05-08 03:05:17 |

I'd just like to punch the jackass who thought it was a good idea to destroy this super rare car! Why couldn't they have blown up some modern junker!!?? |
