No real Convertible made by Karmann, it's just something selfcobbled with a (real worse and disgusting) conversion-kit. Due the elephant-foot-backlamps, the vents in the hood (if these parts are original) and the -hard to see- dashboard, I would say, it was originally a 1303. Maybe assembled in Australia.
