The grille looks Lancia? |

Yes, it is a Lancia, see also the style of the wheels. I'm not sure about the model. DynaMike and the other specialists will know more. |

Aprilia? My impression after surfing around in the database. |

Ardea. By the big rear window and the rubber strips on the bumpers it's a quarta serie (or a very late terza serie), 1949-1952. Lovely car... Cf. http://www.lancia-ardea.it/le_quattro_serie.htm Edit: @ Ingo: Yes, the Aprilia looks very, very similar... It is quite bigger, though, anf the two parts of the front bumper are connected. -- Last edit: 2009-04-17 14:10:40 |

I checked again .You are right with the bumper .It is a Lancia Ardea and not an Aprilia .Those elongated pictures are horrible.I also had the impression of a rear split window as on Aprilias and earlier Ardeas. |

I have looked to the Aprilia-pics in the database. Could it be, that not all are assorted correctly? I have seen several listed as 1937+ Aprilia, but they have different bumpers and/or grilles. |
