A very early one (mirrors on the fender). |

It appears to be left hand drive by the windscreen wipers, but also UK registered. |

It's mid 70s one with the black vinyl covered D pillars (which were introduced for "suffix C" model in 1974). This one appears to be a B.L. Factory registered demonstrator - c1975 LHD Export spec (German market judging by the rubber covers on the bonnet hinges and edges of bumpers). |
