The car on the left is maybe interesting? |

furthest away looks like a 64 1/2-66 Ford Mustang, the middle car is a Rambler/AMC depending on the year, and the closest is 64/65 Plymouth Valiant, in my opinion |

Id consider the Mustang for this pic. The Mustang's light flickers. |

The lights of the other one flick too |

Did you know, that there is a 4th junk yard car that flicks its ligts on and off? It is in the scene when Connie and Curtis are peeling away from the White 4000 tow truck, it is a white Dodge A-100 pickup, and its left light flicks on and off while they drive away. It is the only other whole car in that junk pile with the Mercury Comet. I never realized how many cars this site is missing! That one, the Rebel and Mustang don'y have their own pages, a ton of cars from the bridge aren't listed. It'll take years to finish this site! |

Actually, there is even a fifth car! It is barely noticeable and you kind of need to have the DVD version to slow it don and pause it to notice, the back up lights of a Pontiac GTO or some other big muscle car are barely flicking under all the trash in that big dump area at the gas station where the White 4000 tow truck attacks Connie and Curtis and their Chevy Malibu. |

What doesn't make sense is why Connie and Curts malibu didn't control itself and try to crash while on the road or try to kill connie and curt when they both stepped outside at that gas station with the white 4000 wrecker. For example these cars flickered there lights (except the valient or whatever) and the VW Beetle crashed into a tree witha Pizza delivery boy inside. but then again something could of ran him off the road and then crash into the tree. the main thing is why shouldn't the malibu come 'alive'? There's also the Bible salesman's Cadillac. -- Last edit: 2006-06-09 22:16:34 |

As i wrote before, the comet(the green aura that surrounds the earth) that makes the machines go crazy probably works like an epedemia/plague. Not everything gets "infected" at the same time. Remember, none of the vehicles on the draw-bridge appares to be "infected" either. |

Sorry, I didn't read that. I also forgot about this: Q. Why doesn't Connie and Curt's car turn on them like all other machines? A. Because the power of the comet affects diesel, battery and electric powered engines only. |

I`ve just discovered a car number six. In the pile at the gas station, under the white truck cab, there is what appares to be the rear of a red 1973-74 Pontiac Lemans. This is standig along side the GTO and is therefor underneat the truck cab. You can see this car if you freeze the moment Curt and Connie drives away in panic. It flicks its left taillight. |

Every car's light blinks including the valiant, the mustang, and I think the road runner too |

Also if you notice in this same scene, when the White 4000 tow truck attacks curt, a man behind a bush starts to get up and run away. Was it the dead guy from before? Or a member of the crew? |

I saw that! It was probably a mistake and they couldn't do another shot without fixing the building so they just left it in there. |

The car in the middle is a 1970 AMC Rebel. |

Even in that decrepit condition, someone would try and sell that Mustang on craigslist for $10,000 today |

Should've been a '71 Valiant |

That Rambler is a 1967 Rebel, BTW. |
