TaTa ◊ 2005-03-06 18:30	Mais non! Aussi, quand j'ai été au salon de L'auto de Montréal, au stand Saleen, il n'était pas écrit "Saleen Mustang S281", ce n'étais que "Saleen S281". Saleen prépare aussi des Ford Focus et s'est la seule execption "Saleen N2O Focus".

antboi04 ◊ 2019-10-05 01:08	Love that frame-twisting jump near the end of the chase. Also, this is a 2002. An auction company sold one of the hero Mustangs back in 2005. The production department for the movie sent more than two '02 GT's to get a makeover. They got Saleen seats, body kits, paint, logos, etc. The hero car was practically a true S281, with a Vortech S-Trim supercharger. I won't go into specifics on that stuff. The others just had kits and logos on them. Judging from a split-second part of a shot, just before K.C. cuts over onto the sidewalk, the gear shift seems to be an automatic gear shift. So, at least one of the Mustangs was an automatic. I'm assuming the one they used for the wreck was an automatic. Surely they wouldn't wreck a good Mustang with a manual transmission. (THIS INFO IS NOT MINE, I FOUND IT ON FORUMS AND THE BONHAMS AUCTION SITE) One of my favorite movie cars.
