Looks like something exotic and low-slung is hiding behind the station wagon. Any ideas? |

Lotus Elan with headlight up. Looks gold bumper so 1971+ Sprint and maybe French blue colour - similar livery to Link to "cgi.ebay.co.uk" but could be coupe or convertible. |

Films/t.v. shows filmed in S.F. have the greatest occurence of rare European cars than any other U.S. city. |

http://www.lagonda-rapide.com/#/lr-database/4565616125 lists 6 Rapides with some USA connection, although there are info gaps. - chassis 103 originally UK supplied in Dubonnet to Sir Robert McAlpine "dismantled in the USA in late 90s" - chassis 110 originally supplied in Black Pearl (but now silver), New York Motor Show car, LHD conversion, now living in Australia - chassis 121 originally UK supplied in Circassian Blue, now living in USA - chassis 122 originally supplied to LA in Ice Blue, rare LHD build, fate unknown - chassis 130 originally UK supplied in Oro Longchamps, converted to DB4 Zagato Replica, now living in USA - chassis 148 originally UK supplied in Midnight Blue, now living in USA No mention of any of them having bullet wing mirrors, and not now present on the 3 pictured cars (110, 121, 148). Maybe this is the dismantled 103 in Dubonnet, but a long way from being a definite ID. |
