Look at some of the thumbs in the link provided by rjluna. One thumb clearly shows "Atlanta Police Dept" on the side of the vehicle. Also note the blue lights as well in some of the thumbs |

but also says SWAT .. most of the SWAT vans i find ( Step Van among others ) are classified under the Van category..  |
