The more I look at it, the more it looks to me like having side windows: If so, it's not possible to see the kind of rear door, so we can't give this Suburban its Chevrolet inner code (3106 with panel-like doors, 3116 with tail and lift gates). ⇒ 1947 Chevrolet Suburban Advance-Design?
