1957 for sure, but it could be ANY model in the range, except the "Eldorado Brougham" [the latter has has quad headlights] and "Fleetwood 75" [the latter has a small rear window, unlike this car].

I have suggestion about Caddies. How about putting real series designation as additional info? I don't remember what designations they use in different years, ask for MrCadillac, but in '59 Deville was Series 63, Fleetwood 60 Special - Series 60 special, Fleetwood 75 - Series 69, and Eldorado - Series 64.

We could put it as "chassis/model code"

in the movie the one guy says as it passes: "Cadillac...Eldorado...1957, I love that car. I love that car more than I love myself"

What model is it finally? It is listed as Fleetwood 75 but MrCadillac said that it could not be that...

Is that the original picture initially shown with this car? I don't see the rear window that inspired me, initially, to say that it was not a Fleetwood 75? Now that I've seen the other pictures, I have to correct my initial identification. This IS indeed a Fleetwood 75 model (either a sedan or a limousine, depending on the interior trim and finish). BTW, it sports 1954-55 wheel covers on at least one rear wheel!

No, the picture was replaced. If I remember well, originally it was the poster of the movie, which may actually show a different car from the one used in the movie (it would not be the first time that such "mistake" is done).

OK, thanks ANTP. It would be really difficult NOT to recognise this car as a "Fleetwwood 75" from the PRESENT images. So the initial image(s) shown must definitely have been of another Cadillac car, probably with a large rear window (not used on the "75").

Regaring the back window confusion: According to IMDB, two 1957 Cadillacs were used in the movie: The picture car was a Fleetwood 75, and the other car was a Series 62. The Series 62 was the one thrown off the cliff in the end.

For whatever reason, the vehicle clearly switches between a limousine and a sedan.

Saw this movie a couple weeks ago and I have a question; is the engine in this car supposed to be making that odd rattling sound? Sounded like something might have been loose.
