Could it be a Cadillac?

I guess President Woodrow Wilson could be involved (second thumbnail - grey haired man standing?).

"One of the first chief executives to ride in a Cadillac was President Woodrow Wilson, who rode through the streets of Boston during a World War I victory parade."

I am fairly sure this is not a Cadillac. It looks more like a Pierce-Arrow with the normal headlight option. I would guess a 48hp model from around 1917-18.

Agree on a Pierca Arrow B series 4 48 HP 5 passenger tourer built 1916-1918.A 66 Hp would have a longer hood
