 W213, actually too new for my taste. Coachbuilder might be Kuhlmann Cars from Germany, as seen below, but nowadays it's already a challenge to tell them apart when the lights are on.

 Bit flashy for a hearse. low-profile tyres and oversized rims. red-tinted glass. Why not adjust the suspension as well, make it a lowrider.
