It seems a late hardtop Cabriolet with a few modifications such as Cup mirrors and USA/Japan rear lights.

More than likely a real H plate. Is that 3rd letter a D? We can probably get the VIN.

peto1995 didn't put any infos so I assume the plate check gave no results.

JFD453 returns a specialized/truck/commercial plate. (no results from allianz except a redirect to the aforementioned plate types).
JFB453 returns a Ford Focus.

it was JFE-453, but without result from Allianz
I added it as US spec according to small licence plate and red indicators blinking at unlocking of vehicle

I've actually never seen one of these in US spec, and it looks like they came very late - 1994-98.

as far as i remember , only the 5-cylinders and the VR6 ( or called only V6 at Audi ? ) was found under the hood in NA

The only engine for the US was the 2.8 V6.

As per my first comment above, this is probably an EU model wearing the US rear lights. I can see now by that second shot that it hasn't got the late Final edition front bumper, so it can be an earlier model too. 1.9 TDI came in mid-1995 but since this is quite a modified Cabrio it could well be a more powerful V6 model with the 1.9 TDI badges as far as I'm concerned - the surprise effect for the other drivers at the green traffic light is guaranteed.

A couple of days ago I saw a Tesla Model 3 with 3.0 TDI badges, I bet this would be a surprise effect too for many :D
