Could this be 3500 weight class here?

It could also be a 4500 if new enough.

3500 do not have door badges unless equipped with the diesel motor. There is a badge here whether it is the diesel badge or the 4500 I cannot be certain.

Edit: I see an antenna right above the door. Not sure what style though.

Not related but wanted to at least define when this weight class debuted:
First year for the 4500 is 2009 per rockauto.com; whom I trust and use quite regularly for parts for my cb7. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/chevrolet,2009
