johnfromstaffs ◊ 2022-11-17 08:46	My first thought from the main image was that it looked pre-war, but the central driving light and the circular air intake grilles say not. Having disposed of that thought, we have a choice of Dawn, Wraith or Phantom. Let’s forget the Phantom, and I think it’s too long for a Dawn. So Wraith, short or long wheelbase? I’m not absolutely certain about LWB, as I think it may be Park Ward design #51, which was only available on the standard length chassis, but, as ever, I’m open to discussion. Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith, Park Ward design #51, 1948-50. The other possibility is H J Mulliner Design #7171, which may be more likely as I have just spotted a swage line on the front wing.
