Assuming it is a Chevrolet (no view of the grille to confirm this?), and given the dual rear wheels and the heavy-duty wheel rims: a 1½-ton model of the Art Deco trucks line. Which means, according to the 1941 brochure (Pdf / 28 Mb), a Heavy Duty truck.
