The 9-tooth grille is certainly taken from 1954 Chevy, but the rest, I'm not entirely sure. The edge of the hood differs from 1954 Chevrolet. |

I have little doubt it's a Mercury. The hood has been "peaked," a common body modification on the old "lead sleds." |
