 Yes, a Daimler Limousine (DS420). The registration mark NLT2 adorned many of the cars owned/used by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

 Looks like the Queen mum's 4th DS420 - a late 1986 example, chassis 200905 - due to grille mascot as described here.
