Pre-1974 if the plate's kosher: Vilsbiburg stopped issuing in '74.

The plate is surely a fake (nearly all of them on this movie are fakes, from all countries).

Sorry, but you aren't totally correct: "VIB" was not used any more since the 1.7.1972 (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vilsbiburg)

Any VIB around here??? It's still missed in my collection.

Hmm, a question, we should discuss in our license-plate-collector-forum.

Anyways, the most important question is: Where is the VIB for my collection?

But probably you're right, Chris - I know the guys, who are controlling and correcting the wikipedia-page about licence-plates.

Oh sure, much more important than sorting out this bloody Bedford ... :D
BTW from the view in /vehicle.php?id=154719 it's either a CF280 or -350 (long wheelbase).

By the position of the wipers it's l.h.d. and since it's a German reg. it would be a Bedford Blitz. Nevertheless, since you say it's a fake reg. and there are no badges it's safer to keep it as it is.
