I think there was a certain point to Rinspeed's comment... |

Sometimes I wonder what's going on on IMCDB. In the past, when I was admin, we were more reactive and we checked. It's been 3 times that I haven't been validated what I put on when I don't think I'm bad at recognizing a car (if they were in Europe). They changed a Honda NSX to an Acura NSX in Top Gear France, even though it was in France. They do not validate the new Citroën C4 in Elite (the first in IMCDB) and they put it as unknown (even though I am French, I know how to recognize a new C4). I don't understand. Where are the European admins? |

admins that come back are always reinstated, antp can do that. I guess it's because of a less active period 2009 to 2020 ![]() |

I've put you back as admin ![]() As chicomarx said, we remove from the admin list inactive accounts, but when people come back they can still be admin. With the time that passes, some of us (me included) have less time for the site, so less people checking comments. |

Is this supposed to be the newer Chinese one? https://hiconsumption.com/humvee-c-series/ And this one says they are made in the US for export. They list other places, but other articles say only China.: https://www.motor1.com/news/144949/hummer-h1-us-production/ Link to "www.caranddriver.com" Maybe VLF should be the make and Humvee C-Series the model? Built in US for China? -- Last edit: 2022-05-17 08:45:58 |

From how they list the various VLF models on Wikpiedia, I'd say that Humvee is used as make: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VLF_Automotive But that's especially an absolute reference either. |
