Gilbert ◊ 2021-04-12 10:26	It could be a 1952 as well. The difference between the 51 and 52 can only be seen from behind. The 52 had tiny chrome finns on the tail lights. Lateef ◊ 2021-04-12 10:56	51 Buick Super [52] - you can tell that this one's a 1951 by the trim (1952 was different, not covering the rear fender). Riviera (six-light sedan) was not available to the Special, Special DeLuxe or Custom Special lines, so 3 portholes indeed makes it a Super. Another way to tell 1951 from 1952 is by counting the grille bars (25 for 1951, 19 for 1952), but it's difficult to tell with this image. -- Last edit: 2021-04-12 11:05:47

Lateef ◊ 2021-04-12 19:02	... and I can add a fourth way - the bumper guards are bigger on the 1952, making them stick out at the base of the bumper and reaching the same height as the parking lights - for some reason this difference is not depicted in the brochure except on the Roadmaster.
