 Going to take a bit more of a look into this one later, it looks like an SRI by the alloys (at first I thought the chrome trim too, but some Design models have that). It doesn't look to have fog lights, however, and so it's entirely possible it's just FL67 with new wheels. I think the Met had SRI spec Astra Ks so possible it was modded to look like those.

In this episode and the one before, every police used was in EastEnders, so it is possible that this maybe the same one

 That's a BMW 2 Series.

I'm also far from convinced that the Astra is the same as the one from Eastenders (it's an Astra, not unlikely the hire company have more than one)

I understand why you think it might be the same but some the newer police cars appeared in Eastenders.
