Those very Morris looking artilleries, together with the sun visor, put into the mind that it’s a 1929 Morris Six, or Oxford De Luxe, per Jon Pressnell. The problem is the headlights look higher in position, but I still persist with this thought. It might, also, be a Wolseley Viper.
