Probably a 1975 Lincoln Continental Mk.III 2-door. -- Last edit: 2005-12-04 22:35:54 |

Not a Lincoln , but a Ford Thunderbird of 1973 to 1976 vintage . |

That's quite bad luck that both model names have the same number of characters ![]() |

Indeed. I found back some pics of a 1975 Continental Mk.III and I can assure that the front part of both cars are quite similar. -- Last edit: 2005-12-05 17:38:05 |

Am I seeing the large rear bumper as the 3rd thumbnail provided by police car fan shown here? ![]() |

A little hard to tell but I believe it has the '74 style steering wheel. The '75/'76 had an angled center spoke. -- Last edit: 2014-08-23 21:42:50 |

Perhaps more subtle headlight treatment, ben68, on the contemporary Continental but at least as strong a family resemblance can be detected with the early '60s Thunderbird and its cousin at that time. |

Why is Cimino's 'Thunderbolt and Lightfoot' ('a cinematic gem') not on the imcdb? Are Eastwood and Bridges, J. in a Cadillac convertible in final scene of that film? |
