The relief made it possible to use very thin sheet metal. The 'wrong' rear window stayed dry and clean. The car was extremely comfortable for four passengers and theur luggage, it had a very low fuel consumption, but it was rather slow and noisy (air-cooled two cylinder boxer, only 22 bhp in the first years...). Flaminio Bertoni (who designed also the 'Traction' and the DS) was very proud of this design. |
