Fun fact: Former president Lyndon B. Johnson owned an Amphicar. He liked taking guests on tours of his ranch in the car and he'd drive it down a hill towards a lake while shouting "The brakes aren't working!" to scare them good until the car hit the lake and performed it's secondary purpose!
