Lancia Flaminia Berlina ca 1963 may be a 2.8l |

It's a special version made for the police. It's a 2.5 with 3C carb setup. Very rare! |

I'm almost certain it is a 2.8, Flaminia 2.8 had three colored rear lights (including reverse light) and no more rear screen wipers, which was standard on the first series model (2.5). The fact there are no inscriptions doesn't mean anything, specially on a police car that has to be repainted in police colors so "undressed" after been sold. The site willem sent also prouves it's a 2nd generation (2.8). In any case 2.5 motor was available only 'till '62. If this model is a '63 one the rest is more than evident.. -- Last edit: 2009-01-21 10:34:35 |
