I haven't bothered with a stand-alone entry for the white car (a VC Valiant) because it's too distant

The thumbnails of the scene were a reenactment of the death of Ronnie and Charmian Biggs' eldest son, 10-year-old Nicholas Biggs who was killed when the Biggs' family vehicle was hit by another vehicle at an intersection near Somers, Victoria on the 5th January 1971.

According to the Victoria Police Accident Appreciation Squad's report on the crash, Charmian and her three sons, Nicholas, Chris, and Farley were heading back to Melbourne after spending the New Year holidays at Somers when their car was crossing the intersection and was hit by another vehicle that failed to give way to the Biggs' vehicle.

While Charmian, Chris, and Farley received minor injuries, Nicholas was thrown from the car and was killed on impact.
