How should we list this? LTW?
Maybe just Leyland is the best though?

From what is said on http://www.leylandsociety.co.uk/pictures/stelt/index.htm it seems that this long name is its real name, but as it is the only Google result for it, I am not sure...

These buses are based on the Leyland Panther. The RET 201, the prototype for the series, was built on a Leyland Panther chassis. The model was subsequently modified in the Netherlands by Werkspoor and was officially designated "Leyland-Triumph-Werkspoor", model LWP City. The modifications were, among others, a semi-integral construction, the use of the heavier Leyland O.680 engine and the use of Voith Diwabus transmission instead of the standard pneumocyclic gearbox. The only buses built of this model were the RET (Rotterdam) 202-285 and the GVBA (Amsterdam) 295-300. The Rotterdam buses had the older RET-designed bodywork and wore the Rotterdam brown colours. The Amsterdam buses, also bodied by Werkspoor subsidiary Hainje, had the new standard city bus bodywork and the new standard red colours. On the outside they were virtually identical to the new buses on DAF SB200-chassis.

So it is a make ;)
