An obvious medium-duty Art Deco Chevy. |

1941-2 or 1946 model |

1946-47 bumper, meaning either a 1½-ton 4103/4403 medium-duty // 6103S/6403S "light heavy-duty" model or a 2-ton 6103/6403 truck (if a stake, it's not a factory version: the stake bed of an xx09 model would have rounded front corners). @ antp, other admins (and all contributors, in fact): couldn't we use the non-official (but useful) Art Deco name, for this truck line, when impossible to identify? |

Here is another view of the car. Unfortunately they only show it for a very short time, so I couldn’t take better screenshots. ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2022-05-30 08:52:50 |

We could list these as Chevrolet 'Art Deco' Like we list the unidentifiable VW Typ 1 as Volkswagen 'Beetle' |

Ok. This will "de-unknownize" 16 trucks from the 1941-47 era and will help reunite them with maybe 20 or 30 that were randomly identified as "1½-ton" or "2-ton" models. Next step in the forum for a mass change (adding it as complement for already identified vehicle)? Thanks for the additional picture, Helbocar. It doesn't give more useful details, unfortunately. |
