I am not certain if you know this and if you do I am sorry to reiterate but on avtocod there is a section listed under Данные по ПТС. This means the plate has changed and this is the current plate the database has. You can then use this plate to pull the VIN. That is what I did and it pulled today. YV1SZ58DX11024539 YV1 = cars S = V70, V70XC, XC70 Z = 5DRS (V70 XC) 58 = B5244T3 D = KOD: EM L6 X = ??? Should be a number and the gearbox 1 = 2001 1 = Sweden, Torslanda Plant VCT 21(Volvo Torslandaverken) (Gothenburg) 024539 = sequential serial number
