 :think: military colours, but the THW-plate seems to be authentic. The combination is correct, also the other details.
Most likely the THW got it used from the Bundeswehr. NF exists since the 26.4.1970
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordfriesland_(district)
so it's not the first registration anyways.
