This still shows the Heliopolis suburban tram at its terminus in front of Cairo main railway station. These trams were built in Japan by Kinki Sharyo between 1962 and 1982. The one shown is probably a 1975 700-series set, which were the only ones operating as 4-car sets around 1992. The remaining trams of this model in 1992 were three-car sets series 500 (1971), 600 (1974), 800 (1976), 900 (1980) and 1000 (1982). Additional two-car sets ex Cairo city trams series 4100/4200 and 6000/6100 also run on the Heliopolis system. I guess this still is from a part of the series shot towards the end (1993/1994) as in 1992 the terminus extended some 150 m further south, crossing a main road. Because of traffic conditions and the delays they caused the terminus was moved somewhere around 1993.

The bus shown belongs to the Greater Cairo Transport Company which runs the blue and white buses. The Cairo Transport Authority runs red and white buses. Both companies are closely linked however. The bus is a locally built El Nasr of the then older model, built from around 1975 until end of the 1980's. I don;t know the exact model designation. It isn't mentioned on the bus.
