Late 1940s Standard I guess from the radiator and badge.
But the exact model needs to be found.

Standard Twelve but the date?

1934 Standard Twelve or 1937 Standard Flying Twelve

The roof-line and rear shape would determine if it was from the later 'Flying' (fastback) series. Not sure yet from this view from the movie.

The 1937 Flying Standards had an apparently more sloping and somewhat narrower grille also seen on the immediate post wwII cars and the rear roofline was rounder and lower. For me probably a pre Flying model

This is definately an early 'flying' model of 1937. The swept tail can be seen and also the 'helmet' style wings, very 'full' at the front. This grill design was introduced in 1936 and continued for 1937 flying models. Later flying Stanadards had quite different painted radiator grills. Also notice the pressed steel wheels- not used on 'pre- flying' models. This is probably a 12.
